(“PWR Industries”, “we”, “us”). How we handle data is covered separately in our privacy policy.

By using this website, downloading one of our apps, or sending us a bug report or message, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or the apps.
Mac App Store apps (such as Octet TFTP and Veilrunner) are licensed to you under Apple’s standard
Licensed Application End User License Agreement,
unless the App Store listing names a different agreement. Purchases, in-app purchases, refunds and Family Sharing are handled by Apple under its own terms.
Direct downloads from this site (such as Octet Lite) are provided “as is”. You may install and use them on Macs you own or control,
for personal or work use. Please don’t sell, rent or redistribute modified copies, and don’t remove our copyright or signing.
Where a download comes with its own license or release notes that say otherwise, that text applies.
PWR Industries keeps all rights in its apps, names, logos, screenshots and website content that aren’t expressly granted here.
Open-source components included in our apps remain under their own licenses.
The website and our apps are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied,
including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Our apps are tools for network and systems work: test changes in a maintenance window, keep backups of device configs and images,
and check results before you rely on them. Nothing here limits any rights you have under Apple’s terms or under laws that can’t be waived.
To the fullest extent the law allows, PWR Industries LLC and its owner won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special,
consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, network downtime or device outages, arising from your use of the website or our apps.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in question in the 12 months before the claim, or US$10 if you paid nothing.
Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Don’t try to break, overload, scan or get around the security of this site, its forms or the services behind them, and don’t use automated tools to submit forms.
Bug reports are posted publicly on GitHub. Only send information you’re happy to make public, and never include passwords, enable secrets,
SNMP communities, keys or full device configs. Don’t include other people’s personal information.
No spam, abuse, harassment, illegal content or material you don’t have the right to share.
We may edit, redact, close, remove or decline any bug report or message, and block abusive senders, at our discretion.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change this page and the “Last updated” date at the top. Using the site or apps after a change means you accept the updated terms.
